Easy homemade Nando’s famous peri peri chicken.
Ingredients
- Whole chicken with skin on
- 1 cup onions
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 2 dry chilies
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tsp dry oregano
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt
- Vegetable oil

Method
- Have all the ingredients in a blender and blend them
- Pour the sauce on the chicken, cover it and let it marinate for at least 4 hours
- Its time to bake the chicken at 390° Fahrenheit or 198.89°Celsius. We also let it broil for 5 minutes
