Ingredients

  • 1 cup Baby Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup red lentils
  • 2 tbs ginger and garlic Paste
  • 1 tbs chili powder
  • 1 tbs coriander powder
  • 1 tbs turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs cumin powder
  • 1 small potato slices
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 4 chilies
  • Cilantro
  • Vegetable oil

Method

  1. In two separate bowls have baby chickpeas and red lentil soak overnight.
  2. Once fully soaked blend them together to get a thick texture
  3. In a bowl have the mixture and add ginger & garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, potato slices, sliced onions, chilies, and cilantro.
  4. Mix them well
  5. Now in high heat deep fry them in chunk sizes.
  6. Enjoy!
