1 & 1/2 pound Beef
1 cup onion thinly sliced
6 whole peeled garlic
4 thai chili
2 cardamom pods
Cinnamon as you like
4 whole black pepper
1 bay leaf
2 & 1/2 ts ginger paste
1 & 1/12 cumin powder
2 ts chili powder
1 ts turmeric powder
1 & 1/12 coriander powder
1 & 1/2 garam masala
Salt as you like
4 ts Corn or Vegetable oil
- On a boal have all the beef stew.
- Add onions, garlic, thai chili, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, whole black pepper, bay leaf, ginger paste, cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, corriendar powder, garam masala, salt and finally add oil.
- mix it up and let it marinate for while.
- Cook it for 10 minutes and add water to have the gravy. In a high to medium heat let it cook for another 10 minutes until juices are slightly thickened.
- Serve over rice, Enjoy!
